NADA Conducts Tax, Customs & VCTS Training For Chitwan Automobiles Association

A training program on tax, customs and visits has been completed in collaboration with the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal and Chitwan Automobiles Association, Province 3 in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

The chief guest of the program and Chairman of NADA Dhruba Bahadur Thapa said that the change in the vehicle tariff by the budget of the Fiscal Year 2079/80 BS has created more confusion among the entrepreneurs.

Similarly, Chairman Thapa said that the use of electric vehicles was inevitable in the world and the government should create more employment by formulating necessary policies and regulations to manage it. In this context, Chairman Thapa said that NADA has been raising its voice for clean business in the context of NADA's pressure on the government to bring business-friendly policy rules.

Chief of the Inland Revenue Office, Bharatpur, Ghanshyam Panthi, Director of the Birgunj Customs Office, Harihar Poudel, Computer Officer of the Revenue Investigation Department, Pawan Basnet and Chartered Accountant Niket Agrawal imparted training on the subject.

The training program was attended by NADA General Secretary Surendra Kumar Upreti, Treasurer Milan Babu Malla, Central Working Committee members Anup Baral, Nilamani Pathak, Prakash Kapuri and Sohan Shrestha. NADA conducted a similar training program on June 10 in collaboration with Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal, Province 4.

NADA has said that such training programs will be conducted in all seven provinces by mid-August.
